Tesamorelin is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog designed to stimulate the pituitary gland to release natural growth hormone in a pulsatile manner. It is one of the most researched peptides for reducing visceral fat and supporting body composition.

Research Dosing Schedule
A common simple protocol used in laboratory studies is 1–2 mg of Tesamorelin administered subcutaneously once daily (typically in the morning or evening) on a continuous basis. At 2 mg per day, one 10 mg vial will last approximately 5 days.
Reconstitution Instructions
Each vial contains 10 mg of Tesamorelin in lyophilized (powder) form.
• Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water for injection to the vial.
• Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved.
• This creates a concentration of 5 mg per mL.
• On a standard U-100 insulin syringe: 0.2 mL (20 units) = 1 mg of Tesamorelin.
Therefore, for the 2 mg dose: draw 0.4 mL (40 units on the syringe).
Storage
• Unreconstituted vials: Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerator.
• After reconstitution: Refrigerate the solution and use within 30 days. Do not freeze.
