Shipping Policy
Research Use Only. All products are for laboratory research purposes only. By placing an order you confirm compliance with all applicable laws.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. We do not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe and reserve the right to delay or cancel any order.
Shipping Methods
We ship via major US carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is at our sole discretion. All orders ship from our facility in Bentonville, Arkansas in plain unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions.
Delivery Timeframes
Homeland Peptides does not guarantee any specific delivery date or window. Carrier estimated timeframes are not guarantees. We are not responsible for late deliveries and cannot issue refunds based solely on delayed transit.
Shipping Insurance — Strongly Recommended
We strongly recommend all customers purchase third-party shipping insurance for every order. Insurance protects against loss, damage, theft, and delivery failures beyond our control. Homeland Peptides does not arrange shipping insurance and is not responsible for loss resulting from a customer's choice not to purchase it.
By placing an order without shipping insurance you accept full risk of loss or damage in transit.
Carrier Responsibility & Shipping Damage
Homeland Peptides is not responsible for damage occurring during transit. Once a shipment is accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to that carrier. If your order arrives damaged: document it with photos immediately, file a damage claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number, and file a claim with your insurance provider if applicable. We will not issue refunds or replacements for damage that occurs after a package is accepted by the carrier.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package: verify the address on your confirmation, check surrounding areas and with neighbors, allow 1-2 additional business days, then contact the carrier to file a missing package investigation. Homeland Peptides is not liable for packages the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
Incorrect Addresses
You are solely responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Contact us immediately at cs@homelandpeptides.com if you entered a wrong address. Reshipping due to incorrect addresses incurs additional shipping charges paid by the customer.
International Shipping
At this time Homeland Peptides ships within the United States only.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You may also use our Track Order page. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the first carrier scan.
