Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges under any circumstances, with no exceptions. All sales are final at the time of purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Purity & Fill Guarantee
If accredited independent lab testing confirms purity below 98% or fill volume below 90% of stated amount you are eligible for a replacement. Use the Contact Us page with your order number and the laboratory COA. Testing must be performed by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.
What Is Not Covered
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available. The only exception is a confirmed purity failure below 98% verified by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory, which qualifies for replacement only.
How to Initiate a Return
All returns require prior authorization. Email cs@homelandpeptides.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved you will receive return instructions and an authorization number. Do not send products back without authorization.
