Dosing Schedule

A common simple protocol used in long-term laboratory studies is 200 mcg of Ipamorelin administered subcutaneously once daily (typically at bedtime) on a continuous (ongoing) basis with no cycling required. At this dosage, one 10 mg vial will last approximately 50 days.

Reconstitution Instructions

Each vial contains 10 mg of Ipamorelin in lyophilized (powder) form.

• Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water for injection to the vial.
• Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved.
• This creates a concentration of 5 mg per mL.
• On a standard U-100 insulin syringe: 0.02 mL (2 units on the syringe) = 100 mcg of Ipamorelin. Therefore, for the 200 mcg dose: draw 0.04 mL (4 units on the syringe).

Storage

• Unreconstituted vials: Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerator.
• After reconstitution: Refrigerate the solution and use within 30 days. Do not freeze.
