Dosing Schedule

A common simple protocol used in laboratory studies is 100–200 mcg of CJC-1295 (no DAC) administered subcutaneously 2–3 times per day (typically morning, post-workout, and bedtime). At 200 mcg three times daily, one 5 mg vial will last approximately 8–9 days.

Reconstitution Instructions

Each vial contains 5 mg of CJC-1295 (no DAC) in lyophilized (powder) form.

• Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water for injection to the vial.
• Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved.
• This creates a concentration of 2.5 mg per mL.
• On a standard U-100 insulin syringe: 0.04 mL (4 units on the syringe) = 100 mcg of CJC-1295 (no DAC). Therefore, for the 200 mcg dose: draw 0.08 mL (8 units on the syringe).

Storage

• Unreconstituted vials: Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerator.
• After reconstitution: Refrigerate the solution and use within 30 days. Do not freeze.
