BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein found in human gastric juice. It is one of the most researched peptides for tissue healing, regeneration, and recovery.

Dosing Schedule

A common simple protocol used in laboratory studies is 250 mcg of BPC-157 administered subcutaneously once or twice daily near the injury site (if possible) on a continuous basis. At 250 mcg twice daily, one 5 mg vial will last approximately 10 days.

Reconstitution Instructions

Each vial contains 5 mg of BPC-157 in lyophilized (powder) form.

• Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water for injection to the vial.
• Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved.
• This creates a concentration of 2.5 mg per mL.
• On a standard U-100 insulin syringe: 0.04 mL (4 units on the syringe) = 100 mcg of BPC-157. Therefore, for the 250 mcg dose: draw 0.10 mL (10 units on the syringe).

Storage

• Unreconstituted vials: Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerator.
• After reconstitution: Refrigerate the solution and use within 30 days. Do not freeze.
