MOTS-C
MOTS-C is a mitochondrial-derived peptide (MDP) encoded within the mitochondrial genome. It is one of the most studied peptides for metabolic regulation, exercise mimetic effects, and cellular energy optimization.

Research Dosing Schedule
A common simple protocol used in laboratory studies is 5–10 mg of MOTS-C administered subcutaneously 2–3 times per week. At 10 mg twice per week, one 10 mg vial will last approximately 1 week.
Reconstitution Instructions
Each vial contains 10 mg of MOTS-C in lyophilized (powder) form.
• Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water for injection to the vial.
• Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved.
• This creates a concentration of 5 mg per mL.
• On a standard U-100 insulin syringe: 0.2 mL (20 units) = 1 mg of MOTS-C.
Therefore, for the 5 mg dose: draw 1.0 mL (100 units on the syringe).
Storage
• Unreconstituted vials: Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerator.
• After reconstitution: Refrigerate the solution and use within 30 days. Do not freeze.
