Good for
Mounjaro / Zepbound Dual Receptor (GLP-1 + GIP) Stronger Than Ozempic Clinical Weight Loss

Tirzepatide is a dual glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist. It is one of the most potent peptides currently studied in metabolic and weight management research.

Benefits

  • Significant reduction in body weight and appetite
  • Improvement in glycemic control and blood glucose regulation
  • Increase in insulin sensitivity and reduction in insulin resistance
  • Suppression of appetite and reduction in food intake
  • Increase in energy expenditure and metabolic rate
  • Preservation of lean muscle mass during weight loss
  • Improvement in lipid profile (reduction in triglycerides and LDL cholesterol)
  • Reduction in liver fat accumulation (hepatic steatosis)
  • Support for cardiovascular health markers
  • Potential improvement in pancreatic beta-cell function
  • Modulation of inflammatory pathways and reduction in systemic inflammation
  • Enhancement of satiety signaling through dual hormone pathways
  • Potential neuroprotective effects and support for cognitive function
  • Improvement in overall metabolic flexibility and energy utilization
  • Support for better sleep quality and recovery
  • Potential positive effects on mood and well-being through metabolic pathways

Dosing Schedule

A common simple protocol used in laboratory studies starts with 0.5 mg of Tirzepatide once per week, administered subcutaneously. The dose is then titrated upward by 0.5–1 mg every 4 weeks until the individual researcher reaches a comfortable maintenance level. Maintenance dosing is subjective and based on personal response and tolerance.

Suggested maintenance dose based on BMI (once per week):

  • BMI 20-21: 2.5 mg
  • BMI 22-23: 5 mg
  • BMI 24-25: 5 mg
  • BMI 26-27: 7.5 mg
  • BMI 28-29: 7.5 mg
  • BMI 30-31: 10 mg
  • BMI 32-33: 10 mg
  • BMI 34-35: 12.5 mg
  • BMI 36-37: 12.5 mg
  • BMI 38-40+: 15 mg

At the recommended starting dosage, one 20 mg vial will last approximately 8–40 weeks depending on the titration schedule.

Reconstitution Instructions

Each vial contains 20 mg of Tirzepatide in lyophilized (powder) form.

  • Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water for injection to the vial.
  • Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved.
  • This creates a concentration of 10 mg per mL.
  • On a standard U-100 insulin syringe: 0.01 mL (1 unit on the syringe) = 0.1 mg of Tirzepatide. Therefore, for the 2.5 mg dose: draw 0.25 mL (25 units on the syringe).

Storage

  • Unreconstituted vials: Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerator.
  • After reconstitution: Refrigerate the solution and use within 30 days. Do not freeze.

Research Use Only. This product is intended for laboratory research purposes only and is not for human or animal consumption.
