L-Carnitine
L-Carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid derivative that plays a critical role in fat metabolism by transporting long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria to be burned for energy.
Benefits
- Promotes fat loss and body recomposition
- Enhances fat burning during exercise
- Increases energy production and endurance
- Improves athletic performance and stamina
- Supports faster recovery after intense training
- Reduces muscle soreness and fatigue
- Helps preserve lean muscle mass during calorie deficit
- Improves mitochondrial function and efficiency
- Supports cardiovascular health and circulation
- May reduce lactic acid buildup
- Enhances mental focus and cognitive performance
- Supports healthy cholesterol and lipid profiles
- Improves insulin sensitivity in research models
- Potential anti-aging effects through better cellular energy
- Helps with stubborn fat areas when combined with training
- Increases overall metabolic rate
- Supports heart muscle function and energy
Dosing Schedule
A common simple protocol used in laboratory studies is 500–1000 mg of L-Carnitine administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously once daily, typically pre-workout or in the morning. At 600 mg per day, one 10 ml vial (6000 mg total) will last approximately 10 days.
Injection Instructions
The product is supplied as a ready-to-use sterile solution (600 mg/ml in 10 ml vial).
- Use a standard insulin syringe for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection.
- For a 600 mg dose: draw 1.0 mL (100 units on a U-100 insulin syringe).
- Rotate injection sites regularly.
