Dosing Schedule

A common simple protocol used in laboratory studies is 500–1000 mg of L-Carnitine administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously once daily, typically pre-workout or in the morning. At 600 mg per day, one 10 ml vial (6000 mg total) will last approximately 10 days.

 

Injection Instructions

The product is supplied as a ready-to-use sterile solution (600 mg/ml in 10 ml vial).

  • Use a standard insulin syringe for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection.
  • For a 600 mg dose: draw 1.0 mL (100 units on a U-100 insulin syringe).
  • Rotate injection sites regularly.
